What is the minimum order, how do I pay, and what if it arrives damaged?

Minimum order is 1 piece, with trade and contract pricing on request. Payment is 50% deposit after order confirmation and the balance before shipment; we send progress photos during production. Report any transit damage within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece, and we arrange replacement parts under the agreed terms.
