Every piece in the shop lists its FOB, CIF and DDP price. In this category most suppliers will not name a number until you email them. You can work out your budget first, then decide whether to write to us.
Not ten, not a container. You can put a single piece into a showroom, a model unit or a client's room, see how it holds up, and only then commit to a project run.
Our DDP figure includes the goods, freight, insurance, import duties and taxes, delivered to your address. It is not a port-to-port number you have to add costs to.
Upholstered pieces are tested to TB 117-2013, TSCA Title VI and California Proposition 65 by a CPSC-accepted laboratory. The report numbers are published so you can query them.
Not to the nearest catalogue size. Send a drawing, a sketch or a photo of the space and we build to your measurements — width, depth, height and seat height.
A stated, checkable promise. It is the same inbox that receives the enquiries from the form on this site, and the same one that will quote your order.
Six things you can verify without taking our word for anything
If something you need is not on this list, ask for it. If we do not have it, we will tell you.
A supplier who says yes to everything has told you nothing. Four cases where we will say no.
We are in Shenzhen. If your brand depends on a Made-in-USA claim, we are not the supplier for that line — and we will say so in the first reply rather than after you have paid for a sample. There are other pieces in your range where this does not apply, and those we can quote.
Production is 3–6 weeks, then sea freight on top. Rush supply exists in this industry; we are not it. If your date is fixed and close, tell us early — we would rather decline than miss it.
We are made to order. We do not hold stock and we do not sell a container of one SKU at a stock price. If you need immediate volume at a commodity price, a stockist will serve you better.
We publish our prices precisely so you can compare them. If the decision comes down to who is cheapest, we are rarely the answer — and you would be buying from someone whose price you had to ask for.
The five that decide most first orders
Three things are hard to find together: a published price for every piece, a minimum order of one piece, and a DDP price that already includes duties and taxes. Add US test reports with report numbers you can query, and a stated one-to-two business day reply time. All five are on this website, and you can check them before you contact us.
Yes. The minimum order is one piece on everything in the shop. Trade and contract pricing is available on higher quantities, but nothing requires you to start with more than a single piece.
FOB is the price at Shenzhen, before freight. CIF adds freight and insurance to your port. DDP — delivered duty paid — includes the goods, freight, insurance, import duties and taxes, delivered to your address. All three are shown side by side on each product page, so you can quote whichever one your business uses.
We do not hold stock. We do not sell a container of a single SKU at a stock price. We cannot supply a product that has to carry a Made-in-USA claim. And we do not offer delivery inside two weeks. If your project falls into one of those, we will tell you in the first reply instead of letting you find out later.
