What is your process?
Enquiry → design consultation → quote & confirmation → production (approx. 3–6 weeks) → delivery & installation.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Even a single sofa or table can be made to order.
What materials do you use?
For sofas: velvet, pet-friendly fabrics and leather. For cabinets: solid wood, plywood and E1 moisture-resistant boards. Photos of similar completed pieces are available for reference.
What services do you offer?
We provide professional custom services tailored to each customer's needs — contact us for details.
How long does production take?
Usually 3–6 weeks depending on style, size and materials. A clear lead time is confirmed when you place your order.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Structural warranty terms are stated in your quote, and we provide after-sales support.
